In just 90 minutes, you’ll learn how to create vibrant, approachable dishes inspired by cultures from around the world — all using simple techniques and ingredients you can easily recreate in your own kitchen.

From Caribbean comfort to Mediterranean freshness, Southern soul to Asian street market favorites, each session brings a new destination, a new flavor story, and a new dish to add to your home cooking routine.
