Kelli is a new volunteer who joined us in the beginning of May. She has dived in, full strength since the beginning, racking up 25 hours within her first month. She has a great spirit and her love of the military community shines through everything she does.
Kelli’s favorite part about being a volunteer? “Giving back! The USO is very meaningful to me. They saved me and my daughter 29 years ago at the JFK airport. We had an 11 hour layover and they were there for us. I’m just looking to give back.” What does Kelli have to say for anyone considering being a volunteer? The perks are great! It is so much fun and the community is so thankful. Lot’s of thank you’s!
